Payment Policy
A deposit or valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $15 applies to all bookings.
Cancellations within 48 hours and No Shows are non refundable.
Child Policy
Children are welcome. Takapuna Beach has a beautiful beach and the beach reserve has a children's playground.
